• You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email. Never share this code with anyone; Udya will never ask for it on a call.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your details accurate.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the store with a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or repeated misuse of offers or cash on delivery.

• We photograph our pieces carefully, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Many of our pieces involve hand embroidery, block printing or handloom weaving. Small irregularities are part of their character, not defects.
• Measurements in size charts are approximate and may vary by up to an inch.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Delivery and cash on delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Prices and offers may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
• If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Coupons are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and one coupon applies per order.

• Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in the situations described in our Cancellation & refunds policy.
• You can buy up to 5 pieces of any item per order.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery orders may be confirmed with a one-time code.
• Stock is reserved only once an order is placed. If an item sells out while it is in your bag, we will let you know before you pay.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & delivery policy, returns and exchanges by our Returns & exchange policy, and cancellations by our Cancellation & refunds policy. These form part of these terms.

• Do not misuse the store, attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or scrape content.
• Reviews and photos you share must be your own, honest and respectful. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive or unrelated.

The Udya name, logo, designs, photographs and content on this site belong to Udya or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

We do our best to keep the store accurate and available, but it is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, network outages or government restrictions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its date, applies to your use of the store.
